Apollo USA RV Hire...
"SelfDriveShop was a great company to book through. They answered every email promptly and were knowledgeable about the motor homes they had for rent. We rented a Class A 34 foot Motorhome from Apollo for 5 months, so we could drive around America. SelfDriveShop offered the best price and package around, we booked with the Inclusive Package. The Inclusive package allowed us the comfort of hiring the RV for 5 months and not having to worry about how many miles we were driving, extra driving fee, bedding and towels and roadside assistance.
The RV was great, we choose the biggest one as we would be spending so much time in it, and didn't regret our decision. The RV had an awning and 2 slide outs, the bath and shower were very spacious for a RV, the TV was bigger than the one we have at home, and there was storage galore. The RV was easy to drive once we got used to it, and the big armchair drivers seats made long days of driving a breeze. We drove all around the lower 48 states, managing to see 32 of them and already have plans of going back in 10 years to do it again. Our favorite places included Walt Disney World, Savannah, Georgia, Yuma, Arizona, Tenneessee in general and Salem, Massachuttus.

| Hippie Campervan Hire...
"Like last year, I had a wonderful time in New Zealand enjoying the wonders of nature of the south island in my Hippie Campervan. Apollo Campervan Rental...
"Many thanks for all your help in arranging the Apollo 4 Berth Euro Camper hire for us, it was an absolutely fantastic trip, apart from the rain, which happened every day but it didn't deter us from having a good time, we caught up with our grandchildren in Queensland, we were very lucky as when my husband went to pick up the van in Adelaide the one we were supposed to get had apparently been blown up, lack of oil in motor so they did not have one for us so got one from Queensland down but it was a 6 berth, which was very good much more room to put things in.
Your staff were very helpful especially as I asked for my dog to be included and there was no hassle, she sat on my knee 90% of the time but actually slept which she never ever does. I have a lap table turned upside down and this was ideal.
We went from Adelaide to Port Macquarie NSW, then Maleny, Childers, Boyne Island and Mackay all in Qld, down to Queanbeyan NSW then home to Bute dropped the van off in Adelaide and then back to our home town in Coober Pedy, all in all a very eventful trip but very exciting. As you can see we travelled quite a few kilometres, but thoroughly enjoyed it, just wish it could have been longer.
Unfortunately I did not get any pictures. But many thanks for all your help and I am sure that if we ever need one again we will certainly contact you."

"We were very happy with your service and the website. I found our 6 Berth Apollo Motorhome ideal - very easy to drive and a good size for my adult family during the very wet weather we met in Central Australia. Unfortunatlely the house battery in our van "died" several days into our journey and we had to resort to dinner by candlelight when we were uable to find a powered site. To their great credit, Apollo in Alice Springs were very responsive upon our return. I would not hesitate to use-self-drive and Apollo again, and will recommend both companies to our friends."

"Thanks to you and your staff in Oz and the staff in NZ I had a wonderful trouble-free holiday touring the South Island of New Zealand in the Hippie Camper I hired. Actually the van was well suited to my needs. I hope to go back to the South Island again next year to further explore places of interest I noted on this trip.
To achieve what I set out to do during my holiday I needed a suitable, reliable and hassle free vehicle from pick-up to drop-off and I'm pleased to say the Hippie Camper was more than up to the task. While this time around I didn't take full advantage of all the supplied equipment in the van, it was a comfort to know it was available should it be needed.

"I can honestly say I have never been as happy with a holiday booking process as I was with Self Drive Shop (and I've booked a lot of holidays).
The lady who handled my New Zealand booking was really helpful and I was thrilled that she took the time to call me and make sure I had booked the motorhome that best suited me. It turned out that I hadn't booked the best one and I was able to change the booking.
All the advice both on the website and by the staff was helpful and credible.
The staff at Apollo in New Zealand were also really lovely and helpful. We were a bit unsure about hiring a motorhome, as we'd never done it before, but we both agreed that it was our best holiday ever and the 2 Berth S/T campervan really allowed us the flexibility and convenience to explore northern NZ the way we wanted to. "Everything about our holiday in New Zealand was wonderful and we can't

we needed when choosing our campervan. We were able to compare prices and
different types of vans which were available for the dates we required.
Once we had reached a decision, our booking was completed online
efficiently and promptly.
All the arrangements went perfectly, we were transferred from the
airport at Christchurch where the Maui 2 Berth S/T campervan was ready for us. The same when
we returned the van to Auckland, we were transferred to the airport for
our flight home.

"We just got off the road today and had a wicked time in New Zealand! I am actually a travel agent and have been for the previous 12 years. I am currently on maternity leave so rather than trying to arrange a vehicle through a supplier, I thought it might be just as easy to book it online. I found SelfdriveShop.com online and the website was excellent and easy to use. We had an amazing trip in our Apollo 4 Berth motorhome and are already planning our next trip, it will be in Summer next time though. We took our two little girls with us (3 years and 7 months) and it was one of the easiest holidays.
Everything on board, if the wee one got hungry we would just pull over the side of the road, flip open the stove and heat up a bottle for her. Couldn't have been easier. "Thank you for all of your assistance in arranging the booking of a Britz 6 Berth Frontier camper van for us in Auckland. We found your web site easy to navigate and easy to understand and the information in it regarding the rental unit was fairly complete and accurate.
We have owned and extensively used campers and motorhomes for many years and we wanted to stay with a venue that is familiar to us on our first trip outside of North America. Consequently finding an appropriate motorhome/camper van to rent and information about New Zealand's holiday park system was important to us. Your website, Britz's and Top 10 provided the information we needed. What we did not appreciate at the time, and were, therefore, quite unprepared for, was the completeness of the facilities to be found at NZ holiday parks versus those here in the US. Admittedly we did stay, for the most part, at Top 10 parks, and all were very clean and beautifully set up. But we were particularly impressed with the communal food preparation and dining facilities which were to be found at every park (as they are totally unknown here). Thank you for helping to make our trip the exciting adventure that it was for us."
